Dr. Khuong Nguyen Begins Career in Pediatric Dentistry with Great Education

From a young age, Dr. Khuong Nguyen knew that he wanted to provide care to other people. While in college, he decided that he wanted to pursue a career in pediatric dentistry. Upon graduating from the University of Southern California, he continued his education by attending UCLA for an additional year to learn more about general dentistry.

Advancement to Residency

After graduating from UCLA, Dr. Khuong Nguyen decided to focus solely on pediatric dentistry and he took a role in a residency program in New York. At the Lutheran Medical Center, which is part of the New York Health and Science Center in Brooklyn, he was able to work directly with kids as he learned far more about the practice and field of study. While he was in this role, he also gained a variety of accolades and acknowledgments for his work.

Move into Private Practice

After spending a couple of years in New York, Dr. Khuong Nguyen decided to move back to California and go into a private practice. During this time, he continued to work on his board certificate, which included a variety of continuing education courses. Eventually, he went out on his own and started his own private practice that was focused on providing pediatric dentistry care to kids throughout his community.

Interests Outside of Dentistry

While he has had a long and successful career as a dentist, Dr. Khuong Nguyen continues to have other interests outside of his practice. He enjoys spending time with his wife as well as his extended family, which includes many nieces and nephews, siblings, and close friends. He is also involved in a variety of charitable organizations that are designed to ensure that all kids in his community have equitable access to various resources.

Throughout the course of his professional career, Dr. Khuong Nguyen has been dedicated to providing great care to his patients. He has been able to provide this care while running his own private practice in Southern California. At the same time, he always finds ways to give back to his community and spend time with those that he cares about the most.
